We keep this simple: we only ask for the details we need, we use them only for the reason you gave them to us, and we never sell them.

Who we are

Sauna Habit is operated by Utopian Roof Lda (NIF 519690320), Rua Dom Afonso Henriques 1937, 2765-573 Estoril, Portugal. Utopian Roof Lda is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions? Email lily@saunahabit.com.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter: your email address, the date you signed up and your consent. We use it only to send you news, events and offers from Sauna Habit.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer your question.
• Event enquiry: your name, email address and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, company or group name, preferred date, group size and message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• Bookings and payments: these are handled by our booking system YOGO (yogobooking.pt). When you create an account or book a session, YOGO’s own privacy policy also applies.

Legal basis

We send the newsletter only with your consent. We handle contact and event enquiries because you asked us to respond to you (steps before a possible agreement).

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers only process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Contact and event enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than two years.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our booking calendar is provided by YOGO, which may store technical information in your browser so the calendar and booking work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you like. Just email lily@saunahabit.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
